Chief of Staff Sync Stage2

Desktop application

Chief of Staff
Sync Stage2

A private Mac app that keeps an owner-selected Google Doc in step with a local task registry.

Thomas Fassino operates the app for his own briefings. He edits the registry on his Mac and chooses which information belongs in the briefing. This site explains the connection and the choices he makes when authorizing it.

Google access

What the owner authorizes

Google’s selected-file permission (drive.file) allows the app to see, edit, create, and delete files used with it. With publishing enabled, the app uses that access to read and update the chosen briefing Doc. It can also use a separate private document for testing.

The public website has no sign-in. The registry, dashboard, and briefing stay private. The owner can separately authorize ChatGPT to read the private briefing for a scheduled report.
