Authorized use
Thomas Fassino operates Chief of Staff Sync Stage2 for his own briefings. Use the Mac application only with your own Google account and a private document you solely own. Keep its credentials private and review the document selected during Google authorization.
The selected document
When the owner enables publishing, the app can update the selected private Google Doc with an approved view of the Mac registry. Edits to the registry belong on the Mac. An unexpected edit in Google Docs or a sharing change can pause publication and require owner review. A separate private test document may be used to check the process.
Reliance on a briefing
Check the verification and expiration times before relying on a briefing. Mac sleep, loss of network access, a change in Google authorization, or a document conflict can delay an update. Use the Mac registry to confirm current information when the briefing has expired.
Stopping use
The owner may stop the Mac publisher and remove its access in Google Account connections. The privacy policy explains the records the app keeps and how to request their deletion. Google’s own terms apply to the use of Google services.
